In Fayette County, Pennsylvania, a deer named Baby was regarded by Tammy Shiery as a family member and an Emotional Support Animal (ESA), serving as her source of comfort. Tammy provided Baby with a warm home, professional veterinary care, and even obtained certificates and legal licenses for it as an ESA.

However, the Pennsylvania Game Commission callously disregarded all of this, using the excuse that "wild animals cannot be domesticated," disregarding Baby’s special status, and forcibly intruding to take Baby away, even arresting Tammy. This behavior is outrageous and heartbreaking.

We refuse to submit to this injustice and call for an end to such acts that destroy life and emotion!

Tammy has been deprived of her mental pillar against depression and anxiety, and her pain goes unnoticed.

Evidence has been ignored, and the authorities turn a blind eye.

After being taken away, Baby faces an unknown fate.

Now, $BABY:
Fighting for Justice

We cannot undo the tragedy of Peanut the squirrel, but this time we must stand up!

Through $BABY, we want the world to hear the story of Baby and Tammy. A portion of $BABY’s proceeds will be used to help Tammy and others suffering from similar incidents, supporting their legal battles and protecting their rights.

We hope that more people will pay attention to the importance of emotional support animals and call on authorities to act with humanity rather than cold-bloodedness when enforcing the law.
